As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol in Midland, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Residential Patrol Officer, where you will monitor and patrol a residential location, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support residents with exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or maintenance-related concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and community amenities to help to identify unusual activity, policy violations, and/or access concerns.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and/or observations in written reports and communicate relevant information to property management and Allied Universal leadership.
