Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related communications for the location.
  • Monitor phones, radios, alarms, and/or electronic systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and dispatch appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to coordinate communications with on-site teams, supervisors, and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident records, helping to support shift handoffs, status updates, and ongoing awareness of location activity.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
