As a Security Officer Mobile Rover Full Time in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and help to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observed activity and communicating with management and/or public emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefronts, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unwanted activity and report suspicious conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, assist with access control practices, and support orderly crowd flow during busy shopping periods and/or special events.
• Observe and report policy violations, maintenance concerns, and other unusual conditions that could affect daily operations at the location.
