As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a professional financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and other security-related duties appropriate for a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, exterior areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry points, lobbies, and restricted areas to help to verify authorized access, observe visitor traffic, and support compliance with site policies and procedures.
• Prepare clear, timely reports on incidents, patrol activity, and daily operations, and relay important information to Allied Universal leadership and/or designated site personnel.
