As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Madison, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Deliver exceptional customer service, clear communication, and security-related support while demonstrating Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, care, and integrity.

Requirements

  • At least one year of security-related experience is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history
  • Minimum 1 plus years of Security experience Or prior Law Enforcement or Military experience required

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a financial services location.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, offices, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, maintaining professional communication and accurate documentation.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and following established protocols.
  • Prepare clear reports and maintain daily activity logs for security-related incidents, observations, and patrols.
