As a Security Officer Mobile Driver in Coffeyville, KS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support access activity with strong customer service and communication. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through established channels.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, grounds, perimeter, and access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
  • Monitor entry and exit activity at gates and designated areas, verify credentials and/or visitor access requirements, and support traffic and personnel movement throughout the location.
  • Assist with routine inspections of assigned posts and equipment, maintain accurate logs and reports, and communicate security-related updates with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
