As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Greensboro, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a fast-paced retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. Working with an agile, reliable, and innovative team, you will put people first, support daily operations, and serve with integrity.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions according to site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support loss prevention efforts, observe for policy violations, and communicate concerns to site leadership when needed.
Assist with access control, crowd management, and/or de-escalation of customer or guest issues while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
