In this stationary role, you will manage access support, monitor front desk activity, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and clear communication. Requirements

  • A guard card and/or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
  • Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and communicating entry procedures to help support site protocols.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to property management and/or emergency services when appropriate.
  • Answer phones, support front desk operations, and provide directions and information while observing and reporting unusual activity and/or maintenance-related concerns.
  • Complete required reports and documentation related to visitors, incidents, deliveries, and daily activity in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site expectations.
