As a Security Officer Licensed Armed Patrol in Tomball, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
An armed guard card and/or license is required.
Level III Armed Certification is required in Texas only.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out armed security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial institution location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using sound judgment during security-related events.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points.
Monitor access activity and help to deter unauthorized entry, suspicious behavior, and/or unusual activity at entrances, lobbies, and other sensitive areas.
Document observations, incidents, and/or disturbances in a clear manner and communicate relevant information to site contacts, law enforcement, and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
