About The Position

As a Security Officer Identity Validation in Earth City, Missouri, you will serve and safeguard clients at a logistics and distribution location. In this access control role, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, help deter security-related incidents, and provide customer service and professional communication. The position is part-time and pays $18.00 per hour. The listed schedule is Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require being at least 21 years old.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any licensing requirements that apply under state or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required before employment.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by following site-specific security procedures, access policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorization, manage visitor and driver entry procedures, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, business operations, and the perimeter to identify unauthorized activity and support site procedures.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership about incidents, observations, and changes in access conditions.
