As our Security Officer I, you will perform a full range of security activities through patrolling assigned campuses and clinics, protecting persons, property, and equipment from volatile individuals, unauthorized access, or hazards. Every day you will patrol buildings (foot/vehicle), identify security violations, investigate incidents, respond to alarms/emergency codes, control hospital access, monitor detection systems, support helistop operations, and de-escalate or physically restrain individuals when necessary. You will also document actions, monitor cameras, and draft reports, while engaging in emergent situations. To be successful in this role, you will be reliable, possess strong customer service skills, demonstrate physical capability for emergency response, and have the ability to exercise good judgment in interpreting guidelines, all while adhering to strict safety protocols.
