About The Position

As a Security Officer Hospital Response Patrol in Lillington, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Requirements

Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate site personnel and emergency responders as needed.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, providing directions and assistance while maintaining a professional presence.
Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, communicating relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership.
