As a Security Officer Hospital Interior Patrol in Bartlett, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Our Security Officers patrol hospital areas, helping to maintain a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will conduct routine rounds, remain visible to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
Must be able to work in a hospital environment that includes a morgue.
Must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to restrain individuals as required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, patient care areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site policies, assisting with directions and access-related questions as needed.
Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to appropriate site personnel.
