About The Position

As a Security Officer Highrise Office Building in San Diego, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. Requirements

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and maintain professional communication with tenants, vendors, and delivery personnel.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate contacts according to site-specific protocols.
Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs while supporting a professional, welcoming environment for occupants and guests.
