As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare setting, you will conduct routine patrols throughout the location, helping to deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. This is a driving post, where you will remain visible, respond to incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. Requirements

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare locations.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the healthcare location to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain order.
Document observations and incidents in daily activity reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
Assist with access control, visitor management, and the enforcement of site-specific rules and regulations within the healthcare environment.
Support emergency response efforts by coordinating with onsite staff and first responders as required by the situation.
