About The Position

As a Security Officer Guest Services Coordinator in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Requirements

  • Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, managing access activity, and supporting security-related protocols for a technology-focused location.
  • Monitor the lobby and entry area, greet visitors, verify identification and/or credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence.
  • Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels when appropriate.
  • Receive and document visitors, vendors, deliveries, and/or contractors, maintain accurate front desk records, and communicate with site contacts regarding arrivals and access-related questions.
  • Support emergency response activities and other security-related duties as directed, while maintaining a professional presence and assisting employees and guests with front desk inquiries.
