Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer in a dynamic campus-style location, serving as the first point of contact for visitors, students, and staff. In this stationary role, you will help monitor access, support security-related procedures, respond to questions, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • A guard card and/or license is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to visitors, students, staff, and/or guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities from the front desk area.
  • Monitor access to the location by greeting entrants, verifying identification and/or visitor information, maintaining front desk logs, and communicating with site contacts as needed.
  • Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and report unusual activity according to site procedures.
