The Guest Service Security serves as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors while maintaining a secure and professional front-desk environment. This role blends customer service and administrative support with core security responsibilities, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere without compromising safety standards. The Guest Service Security is responsible for monitoring access, verifying credentials, managing visitor check-in procedures, and responding to security-related incidents in accordance with established protocols. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential to support daily operations, protect personnel and property, and represent the organization with professionalism and discretion. The Bilingual Guest Services Security is responsible for creating an inclusive environment that demonstrates equity, inclusion, accessibility, and belonging to our clients, ChicagoCAC employees, and partners.
