About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Surveillance Security Officer. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, with the ability to monitor screens and identify potential threats before they escalate. The Security Officer will work in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. The position is located in Las Vegas, NV, with a set schedule of 40 hours per week, specifically from 6 am to 2 pm, Saturday to Wednesday. The role offers a competitive hourly wage of $17 to $18.25, with DailyPay available. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
2 years of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience, preferably in an upscale HOA Community.
Current PILB.
Valid Driver's License.
Ability to work on holidays as scheduled.
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Strong work ethic.
Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service.
Professionally answer all incoming phone calls.
Observe and survey the area, reporting on activity at the assigned location.
Provide rapid response in critical situations.
Read and write detailed reports, especially on guest or resident behavior.
Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
Conduct regular vehicle and foot patrols in a safe manner.
Provide critical access control by checking IDs, answering phones, and handling deliveries as needed in the Gatehouse.
