About The Position

This role involves monitoring screens, spotting threats before they escalate, and working in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. The position offers a set schedule with a 40-hour work week, specifically a day shift from 6 am to 2 pm, Saturday to Wednesday. A competitive hourly wage is offered, with DailyPay available. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
2 years of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience, preferably in an upscale HOA Community.
Current PILB (Private Investigator and Private Patrolman License Board) license.
Valid Driver's License.
Ability to work on scheduled holidays.
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Strong work ethic.
Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Maintain excellent customer service as a top priority.
Professionally answer all incoming phone calls.
Observe and survey the area, providing reports on activity at the assigned location.
Provide rapid response in critical situations.
Read and write detailed reports, particularly regarding guest or resident interactions.
Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
Conduct regular vehicle and foot patrols in a safe manner.
Provide critical access control by checking IDs, answering phones, and handling deliveries in the Gatehouse.
