As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol in Bossier City, LA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and staff while using technology to document activity and report concerns. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout commercial property buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or property concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate personnel as directed by site procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe activity at the location, documenting incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
• Assist with directing visitors and vendors, providing general information, and maintaining a professional presence at the property.
