As a Security Officer Full Time Reception Security Coordinator in Wayne, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Requirements

• At least 5 years of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and front desk responsibilities in a healthcare location.
• Welcome visitors, verify identification and authorization requirements, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor records in accordance with site policies.
• Monitor access to designated entry points, assist with directing individuals to appropriate departments, and report unusual activity or access concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Answer phones, relay communications, maintain required logs, and support a professional reception environment while performing security-related duties.
