As a Security Officer Full Time Reception Security in Euclid, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer at a retail location, you will provide a welcoming, professional presence while monitoring access, assisting visitors, and reporting security-related concerns. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related activities at the front desk of a retail location.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and direct individuals to appropriate store or office areas.
• Monitor entry points, access control systems, cameras, and communications equipment, reporting unusual activity or security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of visitor activity, deliveries, incidents, and security-related communications.
