About The Position

As a Security Officer Full Time Front Patrol Driver in Tarrytown, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
A New York State Security Guard License is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR Certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and vendors at a healthcare front desk by following site-specific procedures and access protocols.
Greet visitors, verify identification and appointment information, issue visitor credentials, and direct individuals to appropriate areas of the facility.
Monitor access points, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and help to deter unauthorized entry through professional screening and escalation procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel as directed.
Maintain clear, accurate records of daily activities, visitor interactions, incidents, and security-related concerns.
