As a Security Officer Full Time Mobile Patrol Driver in Lancaster, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for visitors and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public at a government location while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, public areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, reporting unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, helping to maintain orderly entry and exit procedures.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency responders as directed.
  • Prepare accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
