As a Security Officer Full Time Driver Patrol in Oshkosh, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Security Professional at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials, and patrol access points to help deter incidents. Deliver exceptional customer service while communicating with employees, visitors, and contractors. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Monitor and control access to manufacturing and industrial facilities, including verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and directing authorized personnel to designated areas.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; promptly communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, production-area perimeters, parking areas, and other assigned locations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
  • Maintain accurate records of visitor activity, access-control events, incidents, and daily shift activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
