As a Security Officer Full Time Driver Patrol in Delray Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Residential, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate and residential locations, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, respond to concerns, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, resident or tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial and residential buildings, common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and unusual conditions to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with residents, tenants, visitors, property management, and emergency responders while supporting a welcoming environment.
