As a Security Officer Full Time Driver Patrol Deterrence in Waipahu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that acts with integrity.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities at a commercial storage property.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of storage areas, drive lanes, entrances, gates, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting suspicious behavior, unauthorized access attempts, and policy violations in accordance with site procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed.
Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications for security-related observations and occurrences.
