As a Security Officer Full Time Badge Administration in Fremont, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer supporting a dynamic automotive location. You will monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including incidents involving vehicle manufacturing operations, equipment, and personnel.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the automotive manufacturing location, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
  • Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting requirements.
