As a Security Officer Full Time Asset Protection in Beverly Hills, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Retail Security Professional, you will monitor and patrol a high-end retail location, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, guests, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Monitor access points and assist with visitor, employee, and vendor entry procedures in a luxury retail environment.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site-specific procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Support loss prevention awareness by observing customer areas, merchandise displays, and receiving locations and reporting unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
