About The Position

As a Security Officer Full Time Access Support in Delray Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will help manage entry points, verify access credentials, monitor activity, and provide professional customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff. Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property staff by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entrances, verify authorized access credentials, manage visitor and contractor sign-in procedures, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, building entrances, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
