About The Position

As a Security Officer Full Time Access Control Coordinator in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage manufacturing location.
• Monitor and control access to the location by verifying credentials, screening visitors, processing contractor and delivery arrivals, and maintaining accurate entry and exit records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and promptly communicating observations to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned interior and exterior areas, including entrances, employee access points, visitor areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Support food and beverage facility operations by following applicable site hygiene, personal protective equipment, and restricted-area requirements while maintaining a professional presence.
