Join Allied Universal at a professional financial institution location as a Front Desk Security Officer, where you will welcome guests, manage access activity, monitor the front entrance, and support security-related operations with strong communication and customer service. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, assisting visitors with check-in, and supporting access control activities for a financial services location.
• Monitor lobby and reception area activity, verify visitor credentials and/or appointments, and help to address unauthorized or unusual activity in a calm, professional manner.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with a problem-solving approach, and communicate with building contacts, employees, and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and visitor records, and support security-related procedures involving deliveries, badges, keys, and/or after-hours access requests.
