As a Security Officer - Front Office Concierge in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Front Desk Security Professional, you will be a welcoming presence at a professional office location, managing access control, badges, visitor interactions, and alarm-panel activity. You will help maintain a secure environment through attentive customer service, clear communication, and accurate documentation. Requirements

  • At least two years of security-related experience is required.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Serve as a professional front-desk presence by greeting and directing visitors, answering incoming calls, and providing general information in accordance with site procedures.
  • Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor credentials, maintaining visitor records, and issuing or collecting access credentials as directed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting events according to established procedures.
