Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and/or vendors at the front desk by carrying out site-specific procedures and assigned security-related duties.
• Monitor access at the reception area, verify identification and/or visitor credentials, and direct guests according to location protocols.
• Respond to incidents, questions, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts as needed.
• Support a professional front desk presence by documenting visitor activity, answering incoming calls, and reporting unusual or suspicious activity through proper channels.
