Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a front desk location within a technology, media, and telecommunications environment.
• Monitor access to the facility by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or credentials, issuing visitor passes, and following site-specific access procedures.
• Receive and direct phone calls, deliveries, and inquiries in a professional manner while maintaining accurate visitor and incident-related records.
• Observe front desk activity and report suspicious behavior, access concerns, hazards, and other security-related issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner in accordance with site-specific policies and emergency response procedures.
