Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to hotel guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and front-desk policies.
Monitor access to the hotel lobby and front-desk area, greet visitors, verify access as required, and report suspicious activity or unauthorized entry.
Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, communicating relevant information to hotel management and Allied Universal leadership.
Assist with directing guests and visitors, providing information about hotel services, and helping to maintain an orderly, welcoming lobby environment.
