About The Position

This is a customer service/front desk position at a data center. The role involves observing and reporting activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Security Officers will also provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers. Requirements

Strong customer service skills.
Ability to complete patrols.
Strong technology skills (cell phone/computer).
Must pass a drug screen and background check.
Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard.
Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Prior security/customer service experience is a plus.
If you have retail, food service or hospitality industry background you are a great fit for this role.
