Requirements

  • Possess 1 or more years of law enforcement experience or 2 or more years of security-related supervisor or manager experience or 3 or more years of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
  • Monitor lobby and reception areas, assist with visitor check-in procedures, verify identification and/or access credentials, and help to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious activity.
  • Answer questions, provide directions, and support daily front desk operations while maintaining awareness of security-related concerns and reporting unusual situations to the appropriate contact.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders when needed.
  • Support access control and administrative duties such as maintaining visitor logs, receiving deliveries, and following location policies related to restricted areas and sensitive environments.
