Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, members, employees, and contractors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Serve as the front desk point of contact by greeting visitors, verifying identification and appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor entry activity, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and communicate access concerns or unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, medical situations, and critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Support a professional healthcare office environment by assisting with reception-related communications, answering phones as assigned, and helping to protect confidential information.
