As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading technology location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing excellent customer service and communication. You will remain visible at the front desk to help deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Requirements

  • At least two years of security-related experience is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • Proof of high school diploma or GED is required as requested by the client.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
  • Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering the location to help to deter unauthorized access.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as needed according to protocols.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences at the front desk.
  • Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, following established procedures and communicating with the necessary parties.
  • Answer inquiries and provide information to visitors and staff, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and client representatives to support security-related objectives at the location.
