As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in providing a welcoming presence and supporting security-related operations at a dynamic technology-focused location. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk in a technology-focused location.
Monitor access control by greeting visitors, verifying identification, and issuing visitor badges as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, including communicating with on-site personnel and first responders.
Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities and any unusual occurrences at the front desk.
Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors to help to deter unauthorized access and/or activities.
Support Allied Universal management and site leadership with additional security-related tasks as directed.
