Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to visitors, patients, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a healthcare location.
- Monitor access to the facility by verifying identification and/or visitor credentials as required.
- Assist with visitor management, including logging guests and directing them to appropriate areas within the location.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
- Communicate professionally with staff, patients, and visitors, addressing questions and/or concerns as they arise.
- Support emergency response activities as directed by site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.
- Document security-related incidents and/or unusual activity in accordance with site procedures.
