As a Security Officer Front Desk Driver in Cincinnati, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor reception duties, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate for the location.
  • Monitor front desk activity, greet employees, visitors, and delivery personnel, and help to verify identification, sign-in records, and/or access permissions in accordance with location procedures.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders when needed.
  • Maintain awareness of lobby, entrance, and reception areas, document routine activities and unusual events, and report concerns according to site-specific guidelines.
  • Support access control functions by helping to manage incoming calls, visitor badges, package handling, and/or directional assistance for a food and beverage location.
