As a Security Officer Patrol Detail in Rocklin, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic utilities location. In this role, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and assist with access activities while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• At least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience is required.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a utilities location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, gates, and perimeter access points, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access as required by site procedures, and report discrepancies or suspicious behavior.
• Support daily operations by communicating with site personnel, following post orders, and completing required logs, reports, and other security-related documentation.
