Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Flex Badge Enrollment to serve and safeguard clients across a range of industries. The role offers exposure to varied sites and supports career growth within the company. Work is 30–40 hours per week, with schedules varying based on manager-assigned shifts and shifts claimed through the Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program. Shifts, days, locations, and assignments change regularly, and officers may be assigned irregular shifts with little to no advance notice to meet client needs. The position is in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and pays $17.82 per hour. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, provide proof of a high school diploma or GED, and have prior experience with access control and badge systems. A valid CPR certification is required; Allied Universal offers free paid CPR training for candidates who do not hold one. Candidates must be flexible about last-minute schedule changes, able to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and have reliable transportation to commute to assigned work locations. The officer performs patrols and monitors for security or safety concerns, responds to emergencies, controls access, prepares reports and logs, and assists customers, employees, and visitors professionally. Applicants are subject to background investigation and drug screening as permitted by law. Licensing may be required under applicable state or local rules; a valid driver’s license is required only for driving positions.
