Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support access control and badge procedures, monitor activity, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors while delivering strong customer service. Requirements

Have a minimum of 2 or more years of security-related experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Help to monitor access points, lobby areas, and customer service areas; verify visitor and contractor authorization and direct individuals according to site procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, suspicious activity, and customer disputes, and notify appropriate contacts per post orders.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout banking floors, ATM areas, and the exterior perimeter, documenting observations and reporting maintenance and/or security-related concerns.
Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in a timely manner, and communicate status updates to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts as needed.
