As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will greet and assist visitors, communicate clearly with staff, and document observations and unusual activity. Requirements
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to all visitors and staff by following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
- Respond to alarms, suspicious activity, and other incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through the proper chain of command.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or access issues.
- Control access points by monitoring entrances, verifying authorization where required, and directing visitors and deliveries according to site procedures.
- Complete detailed reports and shift logs on security-related activities, incidents, and patrol observations, and communicate updates during shift turnover.
