As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a financial services location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to reduce security-related incidents. You will greet employees and visitors, respond to requests, document activity, and communicate clearly with site contacts and your team. Requirements

Have 2+ years of security experience.
Have supervisory experience.
Be 21+ years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial services location, including office areas, lobbies, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
Monitor access points, verify visitor credentials per site procedures, and direct visitors and deliveries to appropriate destinations.
Observe and report unusual activity, potential hazards, and policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
Complete routine patrol and incident documentation, including logs, reports, and shift handoffs, using written and/or electronic systems as required.
Support emergency procedures such as medical response notifications, fire alarm response, and evacuation guidance when directed by site protocols.
Interact with employees, tenants, and guests in a professional manner while helping to reduce disruptions and support a positive workplace environment.
