As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service while managing access control and assisting visitors. Your presence at the front desk helps to deter security-related incidents and fosters a welcoming environment. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license, and offers the opportunity to be part of a team that values integrity, teamwork, and innovation. Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying credentials and assisting with visitor management to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences as required by site procedures.
• Communicate professionally with clients, employees, and visitors to provide information and assistance as needed.
• Support emergency response activities at the front desk, coordinating with Allied Universal and client personnel as appropriate.
